Cooking With Pineapple

1/2 cup butter 1 pound confectioners sugar 8 ounces cream cheese 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 3 tablespoons drained, crushed pineapple Combine all ingredients except pineapple. Beat until fluffy with portable beater. Fold in pineapple and spread on cake.

Add remaining ingredients and continue creaming until mixture is well blended and fluffy. This recipe makes enough frosting to cover tops and sides of two 8 inch layers.
