Pineapple Soufflé Recipe

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 #2 can crushed pineapple (well-drained)
5 slices white bread, cubed

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Beat well. Add pineapple and stir in bread. Bake in greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish uncovered at 350° F for about 30 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
