Mount Fuji
1 1/2 ounce gin
2 tsp pineapple juice
3 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp cream
1 1/2 tsp sugar syrup
1 egg white
Dash cherry brandy
Shake well with cracked ice. Pour into highball glass. Add cherries when serving.
