Summer Fruit Bowl Recipe 

8 whole ladyfingers
1 tbsp sherry or 1 tbsp orange juice
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries

Pineapple Strawberry Tarts 

1 1/2 cups diced strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1 cup diced pineapple
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp butter
6 baked tart shells
vanilla ice cream
