Pineapple Apricot Shrub

8 1/2 ounces crushed pineapple
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup apricot nectar
2 cup cracked ice
maraschino cherries for garnish

Combine all ingredients in glass container of blender. Cover and blend until smooth; about 30 seconds. Serve in tall glasses. Top with maraschino cherry. Makes 3 servings.
